Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
