Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, grab all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, oats, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
- Once mixed, gently layer the ingredients into a mason jar, starting with the flour and working your way down the list.
- Seal the jar tightly to keep out moisture.
- Attach a tag with baking instructions: "To make cookies, mix 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes."
