Ingredients

  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives (Kalamata or green)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese right in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with your choice of olives and the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle everything generously with olive oil, then sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the feta is soft and warmed through.
  6. Take it out of the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves for that extra pop of flavor.
