- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound chicken breasts to achieve an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

- Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
