Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to achieve an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
