Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- Jalapenos, diced
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of filling mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, tucking in the sides as you roll it up. Use water to seal the edges.
- In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
- Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the egg rolls and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
