Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cake mix package instructions. Grease your cake pan.
- Prepare the cake mix as instructed, incorporating the eggs, butter, and vanilla essence into the batter. Pour this into your greased pan.
- Bake the cake according to package directions, ensuring it cools completely once removed from the oven.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the cooled cake’s surface.
- Combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Pour this mixture over the poked cake and let it soak for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
- Spread the whipped topping over the soaked cake.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
