Ingredients
- 8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese Brick, grated
- 8 ounces Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 ounce Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 4 Green Onions, diced
Instructions
- Grate the sharp cheddar cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar, whipped cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Dijon mustard, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the diced green onions.
- For serving cold, chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. For warm, transfer to a small saucepan and heat until melted or use a crockpot.
Notes
Grating your own cheese is recommended for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
