Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Melt the butter (or heat the olive oil) in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the pasta, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, water, and milk.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Stir occasionally for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and creates a smooth, creamy sauce.
