Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil
  • 2 cups Milk (any kind)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Water


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter (or heat the olive oil) in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the pasta, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, water, and milk.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Stir occasionally for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and creates a smooth, creamy sauce.
