Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by rolling them in a zip-top bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the balls until the chocolate solidifies, then serve and enjoy!
