Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 Oreos)
- 1/2 cup peppermint crunch candy (like Andes or similar)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreos and peppermint crunch until evenly distributed. Add chocolate chips if using.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set, but the centers are still soft. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. They can be frozen for about three months.
