Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, tenders
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- A pinch of Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken tenders well with this flavorful spice mixture.
- Melt the butter in a bowl and dip each coated chicken tender into the butter, ensuring they’re well-covered.
- Arrange the buttered chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet for easy cleanup.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, checking that the chicken is fully cooked and exhibits a beautiful golden brown color.
