Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, tenders
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • A pinch of Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken tenders well with this flavorful spice mixture.
  4. Melt the butter in a bowl and dip each coated chicken tender into the butter, ensuring they’re well-covered.
  5. Arrange the buttered chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet for easy cleanup.
