A quick and easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner, perfect for busy weeknights with cheesy chicken and vibrant veggies.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the cheese mixture and set aside.
  4. Place the halved baby potatoes and green beans on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic, then toss to coat.
  6. Push the vegetables to the sides of the baking sheet and place the chicken in the center.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For the crispiest chicken, press the cheese mixture firmly into the chicken breasts. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
