A quick and easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner, perfect for busy weeknights with cheesy chicken and vibrant veggies.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the cheese mixture and set aside.
- Place the halved baby potatoes and green beans on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic, then toss to coat.
- Push the vegetables to the sides of the baking sheet and place the chicken in the center.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For the crispiest chicken, press the cheese mixture firmly into the chicken breasts. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
