Ingredients

  • Fresh cherry tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta cooking water, then drain.
