Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, or fusilli)
- Fresh cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta cooking water, then drain.
- Combine the hot pasta and pesto in a large mixing bowl. Add reserved pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
