Delightful handheld pizza cones made from crispy tortillas, customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 8 tortillas
- Pizza sauce
- 1 cup corn (drained)
- 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup olives (slices)
- 1 cup grated yellow cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cross the tortillas in half and roll them tightly into cone shapes. Pinch the edges together to secure.
- Line a baking mold with parchment paper and arrange the cone shapes inside. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden.
- Remove the cones from the oven and brush the inside with pizza sauce.
- Stuff the cones with corn, feta cheese, olives, and top with grated yellow cheese.
- Return the stuffed cones to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different sauces or cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 1-2 days.
