Description

Delightful handheld pizza cones made from crispy tortillas, customizable with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup corn (drained)
  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup olives (slices)
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cross the tortillas in half and roll them tightly into cone shapes. Pinch the edges together to secure.
  3. Line a baking mold with parchment paper and arrange the cone shapes inside. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden.
  4. Remove the cones from the oven and brush the inside with pizza sauce.
  5. Stuff the cones with corn, feta cheese, olives, and top with grated yellow cheese.
  6. Return the stuffed cones to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different sauces or cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 1-2 days.
