Description
Delicious and cheesy pizza sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for game days or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the sliced pepperoni, bell peppers (if using), and the remaining cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
