Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  3. Coat each ball with the graham cracker crumbs.

  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
