Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Place the kneaded dough in a warm location, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, top with your favorite ingredients, and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Notes
Feel free to substitute all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour or a gluten-free blend. Store any leftover dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to a month.
