A refreshing smoothie packed with antioxidants from blueberries and nourishing ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. In your blender, combine blueberries, banana, spinach (if using), Greek yogurt, almond milk, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and chia seeds.
  2. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste it and adjust the sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  5. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy the refreshing taste!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
