Description

Delightful bites of sausage and cream cheese wrapped in flaky biscuits, perfect for sharing or enjoying alone.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (recommend Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 (12-oz) cans Grands Jr flaky biscuits (20 biscuits total)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. Open the cans of flaky biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the sausage mixture onto each biscuit and fold the edges over to enclose the filling completely.
  6. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Consider pairing these with dipping sauces such as honey mustard or ranch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 1-2 months.
