Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your rolls—typically 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage in a pan until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. If using store-bought rolls, separate them and place on a baking sheet. For homemade rolls, roll out dough into squares.
  5. Spoon scrambled eggs, crumbled meat, and cheese onto each roll or dough square.
  6. Roll them up tightly and secure the ends with a toothpick if necessary.
