Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your rolls—typically 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon or sausage in a pan until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.
- In a bowl, scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- If using store-bought rolls, separate them and place on a baking sheet. For homemade rolls, roll out dough into squares.
- Spoon scrambled eggs, crumbled meat, and cheese onto each roll or dough square.
- Roll them up tightly and secure the ends with a toothpick if necessary.
