Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Water as needed


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, olive oil, and salt, mixing them well until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the gluten-free flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until a dough begins to form.
  4. If your dough feels too dry, add a splash of water until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel form.
  6. Place your bagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the top of each bagel.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
