Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, olive oil, and salt, mixing them well until smooth.
- Gradually add the gluten-free flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until a dough begins to form.
- If your dough feels too dry, add a splash of water until you reach the desired consistency.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel form.
- Place your bagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the top of each bagel.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
