Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 8 slices Brioche bread
- 1 Butter
- Nonstick Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay the brioche slices in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan and pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
- Let the pan sit for a few minutes to allow the bread to absorb the mixture.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, adding extra maple syrup and butter if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using different spices like nutmeg or incorporating orange zest.
