Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and add the broccoli florets; cook for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic; blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a pan over medium heat, pour in the blended mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
- Gently fold in the cooked broccoli, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over pasta or enjoy on its own.
