Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
- 1 cup cream (or sour cream)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker.
- Add the drained corn, cream, and taco seasoning on top of the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes, stir in the shredded cheese and diced tomatoes to melt and blend flavors.
- Once done, shred the chicken into the sauce and mix everything thoroughly.
- Serve it up in warm tortillas, bowls, or with crunchy chips, garnishing with fresh cilantro.
