Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
