Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the sour cream, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and beef broth until everything is well combined.
