Description

A simple yet profoundly satisfying dish that brings comfort and flavor together with garlic, olive oil, and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 797 g Spaghetti
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (for a little heat)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil (the best quality)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Don’t forget to reserve a little pasta water before draining!
  2. In a large pan set over medium heat, pour in the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic turns golden and aromatic.
  3. Toss the drained spaghetti into the pan, ensuring every strand is coated. If it appears too dry, add some reserved pasta water to help the sauce adhere.
  4. Mix in the fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt to taste.
  5. Serve your spaghetti immediately, garnishing with extra Parmesan if desired!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, skip the cheese or find a suitable substitute. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
