Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders


Description

Bite-sized delights featuring tender shredded chicken in zesty Buffalo sauce, nestled in soft slider buns and topped with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken (cooked)
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce. Mix until everything is well-coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom buns.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken, followed by any optional toppings.
  6. Cap it off with the top halves of the buns.
  7. Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything is heated through.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra spice, add cayenne or diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture. Use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor.
