Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken (cooked)
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce. Mix until everything is well-coated.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken, followed by any optional toppings.
- Cap it off with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra spice, add cayenne or diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture. Use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor.
