Delicious spicy buffalo chicken sliders that are perfect for gatherings, game days, or quick dinners.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter (optional, for toasting buns)
- Pickles (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each of the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken, and place the top halves of the buns on.
- Melt some butter and brush it on top of the buns.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with pickles on the side.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute chicken with shredded cauliflower. You can also add sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
