Spicy Garlic Butter Parmesan Steak Pasta

Description

A delightful blend of perfectly cooked pasta, garlic butter sauce, and tender steak strips topped with Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Toss in the steak strips, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well-coated and the cheese has melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For restaurant-quality flavor, ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking. Reserve some pasta water in case the dish needs moisture after combining.
