Description

Delightful chicken burgers made with ground chicken, fresh spinach, and rich white cheddar for a healthy and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until fully integrated.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties of even thickness for consistent cooking.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  5. Assemble your burgers with your choice of toppings, and enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes

For a juicier burger, avoid overmixing the chicken mixture. Feel free to experiment with herbs or spices.
