Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until fully integrated.
- Shape the mixture into patties of even thickness for consistent cooking.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
