Description

A vibrant and refreshing green fruit salad perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, packed with sweet and juicy fruits.


Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi, chopped
  • 2 cups Green grapes, halved
  • 1 Honeydew melon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice


Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Slice the kiwi and honeydew melon into small, bite-sized pieces. Halve the green grapes if desired.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kiwi, grapes, and honeydew.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the mixture and squeeze fresh lime juice on top, to taste.
  5. Gently toss everything together to ensure each piece is coated.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for a bit if you prefer it cold!
