Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, egg, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Nestle broccoli florets around the meatballs on the baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the sticky sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
