Description

A delightful one-pot pasta dish featuring tender rotini, savory ground beef, and a luscious creamy sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer, then add rotini pasta, cover, and cook on medium-low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until creamy, then adjust seasoning and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a garden salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
