Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats


Description

A delightful breakfast that combines creamy yogurt, sweet strawberries, and hearty oats, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).
  2. Stir well until everything is nicely blended.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
