Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, cooking for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan, scraping up the browned bits.
- Stir in the prepared butter mixture and cook until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating well with the sauce, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
