Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, cooking for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan, scraping up the browned bits.
  4. Stir in the prepared butter mixture and cook until smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating well with the sauce, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
