Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2.5 tablespoons sugar (or sugar alternative)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites using a mixer until big bubbles form.
- Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites while continuing to whip.
- Add the cornstarch into the mixture.
- Whip again until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and form it into a loaf or mound shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
