Delightful turkey sliders featuring juicy ground turkey and Sweet Hawaiian rolls, making them a perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 12 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 oz cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the cooked turkey and cheese on the bottom halves.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, and chopped onion. Brush this mixture over the sliders.
- Top with the top halves of the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
