Turkey Sliders


Description

Delightful turkey sliders featuring juicy ground turkey and Sweet Hawaiian rolls, making them a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 oz cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the cooked turkey and cheese on the bottom halves.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, and chopped onion. Brush this mixture over the sliders.
  5. Top with the top halves of the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
