Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baby spinach

- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 cup feta cheese
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, adding salt, garlic powder, and oregano to your preference.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Toss in the spinach and sauté until wilted—this should only take a minute or two.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach, allowing them to coat evenly. Cook until the edges start to firm up.
- Crumble the feta cheese on one half of the omelet.
- Carefully fold the omelet in half, letting it cook until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melty.
