Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh pineapple
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the fresh pineapple into chunks.
- Combine the pineapple chunks with honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and your choice of olive or coconut oil until everything is evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated pineapple chunks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry them for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the pineapple is caramelized and tender.
