Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Avocado
- 1 can Black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Combine the avocado, black beans, rolled oats, maple syrup, baking powder, both cocoa powders, salt, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool for several minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
