Description

A nutritious and creamy twist on banana cream pie in a chia pudding format, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 vanilla wafer


Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.
  2. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cottage cheese.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Allow the blended mix to sit for 10-15 minutes to let the chia seeds thicken the pudding.
  5. Serve chilled in bowls and top each serving with a vanilla wafer.

Notes
