Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 (10.5-ounce) pack cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 seedless English cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 (24-ounce) bottle Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it and let it cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced bell peppers, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and mix it well until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Serve the pasta salad chilled, and watch it disappear!
