Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) pack cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 seedless English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (24-ounce) bottle Italian dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced bell peppers, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and mix it well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve the pasta salad chilled, and watch it disappear!
