Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dill, fresh
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/2 White onion, sweet
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Pasta, medium (like fusilli or rotini)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream


Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to drain and set it aside to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine your cooled pasta with diced cucumber and chopped sweet onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, dill, salt, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss everything together gently but thoroughly to ensure that each ingredient is coated well.
  5. For the best flavor, refrigerate your pasta salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider mixing in Greek yogurt with the sour cream. Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness.
