A refreshing and creamy pasta salad that combines zesty lemon flavors with rich Parmesan, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Rotini pasta
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta as per package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside to cool.
- Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Italian dressing, black pepper, and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl to create the dressing.
- Add the cooled pasta to the dressing, along with the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Gently stir everything together until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
Notes
Mix the dressing and pasta only when you’re ready to serve to maintain creamy texture.
