Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into burger patties, ensuring they hold together well.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.
