  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the Persian cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, chili oil, salt, sesame seeds, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss well.
