Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1/2 English cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
