Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup zero-calorie sweetener (like stevia)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a mixing bowl, whisking until blended.
  3. Mix cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
