Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 3 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is blended thoroughly.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt before gently folding it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. The edges should be set, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs.
- Allow it to cool slightly. Enjoy it warm or chilled and, if desired, garnish with a drizzle of hot fudge.
Notes
