Description

A decadent dessert combining rich, fudgy brownies with the elegance of a pie, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is blended thoroughly.
  6. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt before gently folding it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The edges should be set, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow it to cool slightly. Enjoy it warm or chilled and, if desired, garnish with a drizzle of hot fudge.

Notes

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and fresh berries. Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra sweetness.
