Description
Juicy turkey burgers infused with rich Greek flavors featuring feta cheese and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp Dill, fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 Lettuce leaf
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 2 tbsp Red onion, diced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Burger buns
- Tzatziki sauce, homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dill, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the burgers for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Assemble by placing a turkey patty on each bun with cucumber, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
These burgers freeze well; wrap individual patties in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe bag.
