Description

Juicy turkey burgers infused with rich Greek flavors featuring feta cheese and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Dill, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, diced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Burger buns
  • Tzatziki sauce, homemade or store-bought


Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dill, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into evenly sized burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the burgers for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Assemble by placing a turkey patty on each bun with cucumber, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These burgers freeze well; wrap individual patties in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe bag.
